Beetroot Goat Cheese Salad

2 boiled beets
2 cups of small spinach
200g of goat cheese
¼ cup of chopped walnuts



¼ cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt and pepper


How to prepare

Cut the beets into thin circles slices then place them in a circular way inside the serving dish.

Pile spinach leaves at the center, then place crumbled goat cheese on top.

Garnish with chopped walnuts.

Mix the sauce ingredients all together then pour it over the salad evenly.

Serve cold.
