Date nut tart

Ingredients

The dough

250 g of biscuits

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

The filling

300 g dates (pitted), cut in half

200 g of walnuts

1 cup of condensed milk

 

How to prepare

Grind the biscuits in an electric mixer, then add cinnamon and butter and continue mixing until mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into a special tart tray and press it with the bottom of the cup.

Place in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.

Arrange the dates, add the nuts, and pour the condensed milk over them.

Put it in the oven again for 25 minutes, until it turns light brown.

Leave the tart aside to cool, then put it on a serving dish. It is best served hot.
