Taco-Filled Pasta Shells

Ingredients

500 g pasta shells

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

500 g ground meat

1 bag of Mexican tacos spices

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

 

Guacamole sauce

3 mashed avocados

1 chopped tomato

1 red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

 

1 cup of sour cream

 

How to prepare

Boil pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain and set aside to cool down.

In a pan over the heat, cook the onions with oil and wait until they turn blond. Add meat with spices to them, and cook over low heat until done.

Mix all Guacamole ingredients sauce  then put it in the fridge.

Stuff the pasta with the meat mixture and place them on a tray.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with guacamole sauce and sour cream.
