Tunisian salad

Ingredients

4 tomatoes cut into cubes

3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 sliced ​​green pepper

1 sliced ​​cucumber

1 red onion cut into slices

16 olives, pitted

Chopped parsley

Seasoning to taste

 

The sauce

2 tablespoons of vinegar

1 tablespoon of water

1 tablespoon of mustard

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper

Seasoning and salt to taste

 

How to prepare

Arrange tomatoes, eggs, peppers, cucumbers, onions and olives in a salad bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley, then sprinkle with spices.

To make the sauce, whisk the vinegar, water, and mustard in a small bowl until smooth. Gradually add olive oil, then pepper, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.
