Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

350g boiled and shredded chicken breast

6 cups of chopped cabbage

1/2 red onion, diced

1 red pepper, cut into long strips

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 shredded carrots

1 cup chopped mint leaves

1 cup chopped coriander

 

The sauce

2   tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of sesame oil

1   tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

How to prepare

Mix all sauce ingredients well. set aside.

Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl, then pour half the amount of the sauce over it and mix well.

Increase the remaining quantity before serving, then decorate the salad with
