Breakfast for a healthy Lebanese lifestyle

Snacks are important and people love them, especially in the morning. But snacks should always be healthy, not rich in fats and sugars. Chossing snacks that are tasty and healthy at the same time will keep the stomach full for longer periods of time, which prevents you from eating fatty meals that cause obesity in the long term. Here are some healthy snacks you can eat at home and in the office for a healthy, light breakfast, for all the fit Lebanese women.

Nuts

Nurs contain fat, fiber and protein, they give you a sense of satiety for a longer period, and the calories are very few. It is recommended to eat roasted nuts, not fried.

Fruits and veggies

One can eat breakfast free of traditional foods such as cheese, milk, eggs, etc., and try fruit breakfasts, such as avocados, apples, bananas, melons, melons, oranges and pears. Vegetables are a perfect breakfast, they are light and rich in fiber that feels full.  Experts are advised to eat vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers and others at breakfast, to be raw.

Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate, with a few nuts, is a light, sweet and delicious breakfast.  Because during sleep the blood sugar level has decreased, a small piece of dark chocolate compensates for this loss.

Boiled eggs

The boiled eggs fill the stomach quickly, which gives a sense of satiety for a long time. Nutritionists recommend boiled eggs as a perfect breakfast.
