With a month-long calendar of free workouts, exciting fitness events and wellness-centric entertainment, you'll find plenty of inspiration to keep moving around Dubai.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan definitely wants to turn Dubai into the most active city around the world, as he challenged every Dubai resident take the 30x30, in a video he posted on twitter.

“My challenge to you. 30 minutes of activity for 30 days wherever you are, whenever you can, make a change... take the challenge from 30 Oct - 28 Nov 2020”.

It is no secret that the return of the Dubai Fitness Challenge is indeed a testimony to the country’s resilience and commitment, and His Highness said in a statement to the official news agency WAM “Dubai is a city that recognizes the importance of physical, mental and social well-being, and constantly strives to provide everyone opportunities for an active lifestyle”.

And he ended: “Together, let’s make the UAE the most active country in the world”.

We know you can’t wait to be part of this challenge, and you’re lucky because you’ll have access to different activities everywhere around the city, from cycling to swimming, to running and much more.
