Quinoa Tabbouleh

1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
2 bunch of finely chopped parsley
5 tomatoes
5 pills of cucumber
2 radish
1 avocado
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of sour juice
Salt and pepper
½ of roasted almonds


How to Prepare

Wash the quinoa then boil in water over low heat, wait until the water has completely evaporated. Set aside to cool down.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and radish into cubes, and mix them with chopped parsley.
Add the quinoa to the salad with oil, lemon, salt and spice, then mix them well.
Add the chopped avocado and gently stir the salad.
Decorate it with roasted almonds and serve it cold.
