Walnuts rolls

Ingredients
For the dough
3 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of liquid milk
1 ½ cup of sugar
8 cups of flour
3 cups of semolina
1 cup of powdered milk
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of instant yeast
1 tablespoon of soft anise
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of mahlab
2 tablespoons of rose water
100 g of butter
Walnuts Filling
3 cups of chopped walnuts
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of blossom water
How to prepare
Whisk eggs with oil, milk and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Mix the dry ingredients well then add eggs with rose water and melted butter. Continue mixing until the dough becomes sticky somehow.
Cover the dough and leave to rest for at least six hours.
Mix the filling ingredients and set aside.
Divide the dough into four sections, then give each a rectangular shape. Fill the dough with walnut mixture then wrap it to make a roll. Cut the dough into rings, before placing them on a tray in a preheated oven. Bake the rolls until they turn brownish.
