Indeed, we keep spotting the puffy sleeves both on the runways and on our social media feeds. And do we love these statement sleeves? Definitely yes! Why? First, because whether you are looking for a casual look or a chic outfit, the puff-sleeve dress is the one-and-done piece that you need in your wardrobe, and especially during spring and summer. Second, these balloon-like sleeves dresses really go with any choice of shoes: sneakers, mules, sandals, or sexy heels. It’s really up to you, depends on your mood or the occasion. We chose a belted puff-sleeve dress by Italian label P.A.R.OS.H in a neutral shade (yes we avoided the sweet colors such as pink or baby blue), and to tone down the girly vibe a bit, we teamed it with a pair of cult-favorite Chanel sneakers in green, a square Bell & Ross watch for a masculine and edgy touch, transparent Dior sunglasses (also in a square shape) and a cream leather shoulder bag. So as you can see, with the neutral tones and the edgy square accessories, we’ve created an interesting contrast between the girly voluminous sleeves and the other pieces of the outfit.
