Raw Fish Salad

Ingredients

500gm white fish fillets

Half a cup of lemon juice

1 mango or ¼ pineapple, cut into cubes

½ red onion, minced

1 red pepper, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

2 green onions, minced

Half a cup of coconut cream

 

Directions

Cut the fish into cubes. Put in a glass bowl with lemon juice. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Before serving, mix the fish with mango or pineapple, onion, red pepper, tomato, green onion and coconut cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the salad as a light dish or as a starter.
