1 cup of fine semolina

1 and a half cups of sugar

3 cups of water

4 tablespoons of butter

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

Cinnamon pinch


How to prepare

Place the sugar and the water in a pan and bring to a boil while stirring.

In another bowl, place the butter with the semolina over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture turns brown.

Add the semolina mixture to the water and sugar while stirring. Simmer for one minute, then immediately pour into small cups.

Serve with toasted pine nuts and cinnamon.
