Minced meat with peas, the Indian way

3 tablespoons of oil

1 onion, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon of shredded ginger

2 teaspoons of coriander

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon gram Indian masala spices

500 g minced meat

2 tomatoes, diced

Spice and salt to taste

1 cup of peas

2 teaspoons of vinegar

1/4 cup chopped coriander


How to prepare

In a pot over a stove, cook the onions in the oil, then add the garlic and ginger and stir for a few minutes. Add coriander, paprika and gram masala and stir for a minute.

Add ground meat until soft. Add tomatoes with a cup of water, salt and pepper, then add the peas and leave the mixture on the stove for 10 minutes. Add vinegar and coriander.

Serve with hot bread.
