Toasted coconut smoothie

1/4 cup coconut chips

1 banana

1/4 cup of orange juice

3 dates, pitted

2 teaspoons of turmeric

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup of milk


How to prepare

Toast coconut chips in a dry frying pan on a fire until golden brown.

Place banana, orange juice, dates, coconut, turmeric, cinnamon and vanilla with the milk in an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Add ice cubes and mix again until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into cups and serve cold with more coconut flakes.
