Guerlain Unveils Its 2025 Festive Collection

This year, Guerlain has given carte blanche to Mélissandre Vidal to reinvent the Maison’s iconic Advent Calendar in the exclusive form of a tale. Behind the deep red cover, a majestic scene crafted in paper is revealed. Under her expert fingers, paper becomes the stage for an enchanting odyssey. She plays with textures and reliefs to bring an exceptional origami fairytale to life, illuminated by glittering gold and majestic animals. The delicacy of her technique enhances the purity of paper to create a work of art in which emotion and poetry combine in an extraordinary design.

A limited edition of 25 surprises

 Fragrance, make-up and skincare... A wonderful selection of the maison’s iconic creations to be discovered each day. For the 25th of December, by the light of a moon adorned with shimmering stars, the window opens to reveal a prestigious gift: a Rouge G with its Art Deco case in the iconic 510 Satin red shade. The Tale of Wonders features an Art Nouveau-style cover inspired by the world of Shalimar, created in 1925, which is celebrating its centenary. On the back, a quote from Jacques Guerlain, who created this legendary fragrance: “A successful perfume is one whose scent corresponds to an initial dream.”

RED AND GOLD

This red and gold design created by Mélissandre Vidal, combining flora, fauna and exquisite arabesques, inspires the Maison’s entire Art of Gifting, along with the fragrance sets embellished with deep red and delicate sparkling details. A festive, ready-to-offer creation to celebrate an enchanted holiday season. The emblematic case for the three iconic perfumes in the L’Art & la Matière collection – Néroli Outrenoir, Cuir Béluga and Angélique Noire – is also available in a limited edition, dressed in the colours of the holiday season.

Adding the finishing touch to the Art of Gifting, a sparkling organza ribbon illuminates the iconic white gift boxes to celebrate the magic of the holiday season. And since every detail counts, a precious golden bee – a true jewel adorned with rhinestones – sits on each gift to offer unforgettable creations and tell the most beautiful stories for the holidays.

Guerlain has entrusted the festive scenes and world to Aurély Cerise, an artist who beautifully elevates paper into Art. With her singular and delicate approach, Aurély transforms this fine material into a truly precious creation. Each paper is carefully chosen for its texture, grammage and feel to offer a unique sensory experience. With her hands, she folds and reveals the paper, bringing the Maison’s festive visuals to life through exceptional gardens, illuminated with golden reflections and delicate shimmer. These entirely hand-crafted scenes are an invitation to rediscover the beauty and preciousness of the gardens that inspire Guerlain’s creations.
