GOURMET SANDWICHES

Goat Cheese sandwiches

Ingredients:

4 slices of country bread

Goat cheese spread

4 radishes

Some branches of watercress

Preparation:

Grill the slices of bread. Spread with goat cheese. Garnish with slices of radish and watercress leaves. Serve with a fresh salad.

 

Roast beef sandwich

Ingredients:

8 slices of rare roast beef

1 medium onion, thin slices

1 baguette, cut into 1.5 cm thick slices

Lettuce leaves

Olive oil

Mustard

Preparation:

Put the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with a little olive oil. Bake at 100˚C and cook until browned. Remove from oven and add mustard. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of roast and garnish with sliced onions.

 

Slice Parma ham and egg

Ingredients:

4 slices of country bread

4 eggs

8 Parma ham

Pickles

Onion rings for decoration

Preparation:

Cook fried eggs one by one. Toast the slices of bread. On each slice, put pickles, a fried egg and two slices of ham. Garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
