First Saudi to Win Top Chef

Saudi Chef Sama Jaad won MBC1’s Top Chef 2020, to become the first Saudi woman chef to earn this title. Top Chef is a program where different chefs compete for the coveted title by earning judges’ admiration through their innovative delicious dishes.

 


Sama Jaad from Saudi Arabia, Tala from Bahrain, and Mohamed Si Abdel kader from Algeria, compete till the end in Top Chef 2020 season 4. However, Chef Sama was the one who deserved the title, because she serves food with love, thus she was able to impress judges by the delicious dishes she made mixing Saudi cuisine with other different cuisines.
