Pumpkin cake

Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 cup and a half of sugar
1 cup of oil
4 eggs
2 cups of pureed pumpkin (Hazel Pumpkin)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of whipped cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
How to Prepare
In a large bowl, mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat sugar with oil, then add eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla together. Wisk until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add the flour mixture gradually until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the mixture in a cake mold and bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
To test the cake, use a toothpick and insert it into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready!
Set the cake aside to cool down before putting it in another tray.
Serve Pumpkin Cake with whipped cream and cinnamon.
