Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 ¼ cup of crushed biscuits
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
¼ cup of melted butter
Filling:
500 g cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon of cardamom
3 eggs
½ cup pistachios, chopped
How to prepare
In a small bowl, mix the biscuits with brown sugar and then butter. Put the mixture in a mold and put pressure on the biscuits. Place the tray in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool down.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and cardamom. Add eggs and beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add pistachios then pour the mixture over the biscuit.
Place the mold in a tray filled with boiling water then put it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Set the cheesecake is set aside to cool down for an hour before removing it from the mold. Place it in the fridge.
Decorate with whipped cream and pistachio and serve cool.
