1 kilogram of minced veal
1 onion, cut in half
2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of tomato paste
1 large onion, sliced
How to prepare
Put the meat, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in an electric mixer until mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the oil over the meat mixture and mix by hand.
Lay the Kafta on a greased tray, then brush it with tomato paste. Garnish with onion slices and a little chopped parsley.
Fresh tomato slices can be used in place of tomato paste.
