An easy and fast way to make Indian masala prawns

Ingredients
1/4 cup of oil
3 tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons of ginger
1 teaspoon of coriander, turmeric, and cumin
1/3 cup of water
500 g peeled and cleaned shrimp
2 tablespoons Indian spice (garam masala)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
How to prepare
Cook tomatoes in oil over medium heat for a few minutes, until mixture thickens. Add the garlic and ginger and stir, then add the coriander, turmeric and cumin. Stir, then add the water.
After the water has evaporated, add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes. Add Indian spices, then lemon juice and serve the shrimp immediately with basmati rice or Indian naan bread.
