I Tried TikTok’s Viral Infallible Powder from L’Oréal Paris

TikTok has been lately buzzing about the new L’Oréal’s Paris's Infallible 24H Fresh Wear Foundation in a Powder. Sold out everywhere, this powder foundation is all over TikTok and users of the app can’t stop recommending it, claiming that the results are amazing, especially with people who have acne, as the product provides a full coverage with a natural result. When you watch the countless videos, you can see that even pores are disappearing once the powder is applied on the skin. Well, the videos were impressing, but we wanted to try this powder foundation ourselves, as we wanted proof that there is no filter or Photoshop involved in the videos we saw.

L’Oréal Paris launched its approximately 12$ powder foundation in January 2021, and once it went viral, it immediately went out of stock. It took us almost a month to put our hands on it, but we finally managed to give this viral beauty product a try.

After hopping on the trend and trying it, I realized that it does actually work and it made my skin look matt and pores-free. As a person who prefers liquid foundations over powdery ones, this product definitely changed my mind. We do have a couple of tips to share with you: apply a primer just before the powder foundation to prep your skin, the result is even more amazing. And use the square sponge that comes with the box instead of your usual foundation brush, we tried both and we loved the result with the sponge more.
