Honey Garlic Chicken Breast


500g chicken breast

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4   cup of flour

50 g of butter

2   cloves garlic

1 tablespoon of soy

1/3   cup of honey


How to prepare

Mix chicken with salt and pepper well.

Put the flour in a dark bowl, then dip the chicken in the flour.

Melt the butter in a large pot on the stove, then add the chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.

Add garlic, then soy sauce and honey and mix well.

After boiling, leave the chicken on the fire for a minute or until the sauce thickens.

Serve chicken with rice or french fries.
