Recipe of The Day: This Flavorful Tandoori Chicken Curry Will Spice Up Your Weekend

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, chopped, without the skin
1 medium red onion, chopped into eighths
1 and a half cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons of curry
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons of masala spices
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
How to prepare
Cut the chicken and place it in a large bowl.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in an electric mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture over the chicken and mix well.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least two to three hours.
Place the mixture in a tray covered with aluminum foil in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken over, then cover and place again in the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and roast the chicken for about three minutes.
Serve with salad and French fries.
