Mille-feuille with strawberry and mascarpone cheese


700g of frozen puff cheese

250g of sugar

3 eggs

1 kilogram of mascarpone cheese

1 teaspoon of vanilla

250g strawberries, cut in half


How to prepare

Cut the puff pastry into 20 rectangles and arrange them on baking paper in a tray, then also put a baking sheet and a tray to increase the weight. Place in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Leave aside to cool.

Put the sugar with a cup of water on the fire until it dissolves. Beat the eggs until they thicken, then gradually add the hot sugar mixture and beat for 10 minutes.

Mix strawberries with vanilla and mash well.

When serving, put the mascarpone cheese in a plastic bag and pour over the mille feuille. Spread strawberries on top, then put another layer of mascarpone before applying another layer of mille-feuille.
