Sweet potato pizza rolls


500 g sweet potatoes, diced and boiled

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of pizza sauce

1/3 cup of flour

2 scrambled eggs

1 cup of breadcrumbs

frying oil



Mash the potatoes until smooth. Add cheese and pizza sauce and mix well.

Form small balls, then dip in flour, then egg mixture, and finally breadcrumbs.

Fry the balls in oil until golden, then place them on a baking sheet.

Serve with pesto sauce.
