Following Christmas holidays, you might feel bloated and swollen, due to all delicious food you’ve enjoyed with your loved ones during that season. Once the new year starts, various women decide to get back on track and start a new “healthy” lifestyle, combining nutritious food and body movement. However, many prefer to follow a detox cure; lots of fruits and vegetables, fish, soups, velvets or herbal tea.
Here is a selection of healthy and nutritious recipes to make after the holidays.
Here we are, Christmas and New Year's Eve are over, and with all their delicacies, exceptional products and other tempting recipes well digested, it's time to make up for these numerous excesses. Of course, there's no question of starving ourselves: we're craving for recipes that are certainly detox, healthy and dietetic, but also and above all nourishing. No more foie gras and smoked salmon toasts, turkey with chestnuts and other chocolate logs, hello to lunch bowls with brown rice, carrots and mushrooms, fresh goat cheese sandwiches, Mediterranean vegetables, grilled tuna steak and thin slices of avocado, or broths, soups, velvets, gazpachos and winter soups (to be eaten as much as you like). Detox, gourmet and comforting recipes, essential to warm up our taste buds and pupils this winter and soothe our stomach.
