How to make vegan halwa

Ingredients
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of tahini
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
How to prepare
Put honey on medium heat. At this time and in another pot on the fire, put the tahini with the vanilla and pistachios on a low heat. The mixture should be warm, not hot.
Remove the honey from the heat and add the tahini mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it thickens.
Pour the mixture into a tray and leave to cool at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
Cut into small cubes and serve with coffee or tea.
