Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth With These Healthy Chocolate And Pistachio bars

4/3 cup of chopped pistachios

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup of oats

1/4 cup of chocolate chips

1/4 cup of flax seeds

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter

3 tablespoons of maple syrup


How to prepare

Mix the pistachios with walnuts, oats, chocolate chips and flax seeds.

Mix coconut oil with peanut or almond butter and maple syrup.

Mix the two mixtures together well, then place the mixture with good pressure in a tray on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After it cools down (about an hour or two), slice it and serve.
