Spaghetti with a Twist
500 g spaghetti
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup of fresh chopped basil leaves
How to prepare
Boil the spaghetti according to the box’s instructions, drain then mix them with one tablespoon of olive oil.
In a pan over the heat, cook garlic with olive oil for one minute, then add bread crumbs until it becomes light-colored.
Add spaghetti with basil, salt, spice and lemon juice and cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
Serve hot spaghetti and garnish with bread crumbs and basil.
