Amanda Seyfried and Julia Roberts in the Same Outfit at Venice Film Festival

At this year’s Venice Film Festival, fashion lovers got a delightful surprise: Amanda Seyfried and Julia Roberts practically wore the same outfit on the red carpet.

Julia Roberts appeared out on August 29 for the photocall of her film After the Hunt wearing dark wash high-waisted jeans, a navy tailored wool blazer, and a yellow, beige, and brown striped button-down shirt, accented with a gold buckle belt. The outfit, a preview from Versace’s new creative director Dario Vitale, immediately caught everyone’s attention.

But just days later, Amanda Seyfried, who’s promoting her film The Testament of Ann Lee, decided to recreate the look. Thanks to their shared stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, Seyfried reached out on Instagram with a playful request: “Please let me wear the same outfit.” Her wish was granted, and on September 1, she posted a photo of herself in the exact ensemble. Captioning the photo, she wrote, “Thanks for sharing, @juliaroberts”. Roberts commented on the picture with “Happily and anytime you want.”
