Pommes d’amour recipe for a sweet Halloween

INGREDIENTS

·          apples

·          50 pieces of white sugar

·          1/2 lemon

·          4 tablespoons water

·          4 to 5 drops of dye (red) food

 

PREPARATION

1.To make love apples:

2.In a small cauldron, put the sugar cubes.

3.In the same cauldron, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and 4 tablespoons water and stir with a wooden spoon until boiling.

4.Then when the mixture is ready, add the dye while stirring.

5.Embrace the apples and coat them with the mixture and then refrigerate for one hour.

6.Here are your apples of love that are ready to be crunched!

7.Try also the hazelnut version, it's a real treat.
