Linguine with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

500 g of linguine pasta
250 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of fresh cream
½ of Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper


How to prepare

Boil pasta according to the package directions. Then drain the pasta and set aside.

In a pot over heat, cook the chopped mushrooms in oil with rosemary. Set aside.

In another pot, melt the butter over a low heat then add flour. Stir the mixture well until it becomes smooth.

Add cream with parmesan cheese to it, salt and spice, and stir until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot pasta with mushrooms.

Decorate it with parmesan cheese or some green leaves like rosemary or parsley.
