Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
500 g fusilli pasta
1 sweet chopped red pepper
1 bunch of chopped parsley
1 red onion, chopped
¼ cup of chopped black olives
¼ cup of Turkey mortadella slices
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of fresh mozzarella cheese
The sauce
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry basil
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
How to prepare
Boil fusilli pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain the pasta and set aside to cool down.
Add fresh vegetables with olives and turkey mortadella.
Mix all sauce ingredients well then add them to the salad with parmesan cheese.
Serve the pasta salad and garnish with fresh mozzarella.
