Ramadan is not all about delicious food, wearing nice abayas or bingeing on series, it is more of a spiritual month where we get to do good deeds, help and love each other. Therefore, Instagram launched its initiative under the hashtag #MonthOfGood, with the start of Ramadan, to encourage users to share their acts of kindness and invite their friends to do the same, especially during this hard time.
Beauty Mogul Huda Kattan was the first celebrity to join Ramadan’s initiative on Instagram by sharing her good deeds and motivating her followers to do the same, she posted: “One of the main things that me and my family are dedicating our time to this #MonthOfGood is providing food for families who need it. This is something that our family focuses on every Ramadan, and it’s really eye-opening.”
Huda Beauty entrepreneur called everyone to dedicate this month for prayers, giving and kindness. Also, she invited the modest model Halima, women rights activist Malala and her sister Mona Kattan to share their act of kindness under #MonthOfGood.
