The Indian Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion
1 kg of chopped chicken breasts
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of fresh cream
1 cup of basmati rice
1 ¾ cup of water
How to prepare
In a pan over the heat, cook onions with oil until it turns blond.
Add chicken and the seasoning, then keep on stirring until well cooked.
Add cream to the mixture under the heat, keep on stirring until it thickens.
Wash Basmati rice thoroughly, and then drain. Boil the rice and wait until the water has completely evaporated.
Serve the chicken curry hot with rice.
