Salmon with garlic and honey

Ingredients
500 g fresh salmon fillet
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Spice and salt to taste
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
How to prepare
Cook salmon fillet with salt and pepper in olive oil until soft. Remove from heat and cover.
Add garlic to a pot over stir-fry and stir for 30 seconds. Add water, soy sauce, and honey and leave it on a low heat.
In another bowl, mix cornstarch with a little cold water, then add to the sauce mixture. Bring to a boil for the sauce to thicken.
Put the salmon in the bowl and cover with the sauce with a spoon.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with basmati rice.
