Othmaliye cookies with chocolate and pistachio

Ingredients
250g frozen Othmaliye
1/2 cup of butter
6 bars of milk chocolate
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
How to prepare
The Othmaliye is set aside until it melts, then disassemble it by hand.
In a large pot over a stove, melt the butter, then add the Othmaliye and stir until golden. Set aside to cool.
Melt 4 bars of chocolate in the microwave and pour over the Othmaliye. Stir well.
Divide the dough into circles and place it on a baking sheet in a tray, then press it gently until it is flat.
Use a plastic bag and put the melted chocolate (the remaining two chocolate bars), then decorate the cookies with it.
Sprinkle with pistachios and put in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until solid.
Serve the cookies slightly cold or at room temperature.
