Turkey Feast


1 cleaned fresh turkey

100 g butter

1 lemon (juice and zest)

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

A bunch of thyme leaves

1 lemon, cut in half

1 onion, cut into 4 pieces

5 cloves of garlic


How to prepare

Melt the butter in a bowl over a stove. Add juice and lemon zest, then thyme leaves. Set aside.

The turkey is placed in a tray of the oven and spread salt and pepper abundantly on it from the outside and the inside.

Turkey is stuffed with thyme, lemon, onion and garlic. Brush with the butter mixture and sprinkle with more salt and pepper.

Put the turkey in the preheated oven for about two and a half hours.

Take out from the oven and place in a serving tray covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.

Chop and serve with rice, nuts and dried fruit.
