Beef steak with coffee and cardamom
1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
1 tablespoon of espresso coffee powder
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 hot red pepper, chopped
800 g steak
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of pomegranate
How to prepare
Combine cardamom, espresso, garlic and pepper and spread well over steak. Place the steak in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Brush the steak with oil, then grill for 4 minutes on each side. Cover with aluminum foil and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut the steak and serve garnished with parsley and pomegranate, with coleslaw or mashed potatoes.
