Italian cannoli fingers with white chocolate

Ingredients

300 g ricotta cheese

1 orange (juice + zest)

1 cup of mascarpone cheese

3/2 cup of caster sugar

150 g of melted white chocolate

16 finger cannoli

 

How to prepare

Whip the ricotta cheese in an electric mixer for 3 minutes.

Add orange juice and zest and continue whisking.

Add mascarpone cheese with fine sugar, then white chocolate and continue whisking until you get a homogeneous mixture.

The mixture is placed in a sweets bag, then it is stuffed with cannoli fingers and sprinkled with fine sugar before serving.
