Quish with vegetables on the Mediterranean way

Ingredients
Puff dough
400 g olives, pitted
Basil bouquet
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
1/4 cup of fresh cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
500 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
How to prepare
Spread the dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
Put the olives in an electric mixer with basil, garlic and olive oil until a thick mixture.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, thyme and cream, with a small amount of cheese. Add salt and pepper.
Brush the dough with the olive mixture, then pour the egg mixture over it, then spread the tomatoes on its surface. Add the rest of the cheese and place the quiche in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve quiche hot with the salad
