An easy way to prepare grilled chicken breasts with lemon and herbs
4 chicken breast (skinless)
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 lemon, sliced
How to prepare
Put the chicken in a plastic bag, then pour lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and argano over it. Mix well and refrigerate for up to eight hours.
Place chicken breasts without liquid in an oven tray, then garnish with lemon slices.
Cook the chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
