Refreshing watermelon salad for Eftar in Ramadan

Ingredients
2 cups diced watermelon
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
Green salad to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
100 g of feta cheese
How to prepare
Put watermelon cubes in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, then olive oil, mint and green salad. Mix the ingredients well.
Add salt and pepper and mix again.
Transfer the salad to a special bowl, then spread the feta cheese over it. Lemon zest can be added for added flavor.
Serve the salad cold.
