Mediterranean grilled zucchini salad

Ingredients

4 zucchini, cut into circles

Olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

Lemon juice

1 clove garlic, mashed

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup chopped parsley

Feta or goat cheese, as desired

 

How to prepare

Brush the zucchini with olive oil, then mix with cumin, and place in the preheated oven until golden.

Transfer to a salad bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.

Increase the cheese and serve the salad at room temperature.
