New Year’s Eve Raspberry Parfaits


Half a cup of fresh berries

1 cup frozen berries

250g sweetened whipping cream, cold

4 tablespoons of raspberry sauce

2 cups cake, cut into small cubes


How to prepare

Combine fresh berries with thawed frozen berries. Mash the mixture with a fork and stir well.

To prepare the parfait, put a little cake at the bottom of the cups, then add the berry mixture and the whipped cream.

Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Keep the parfaits in the refrigerator until serving.
