Bright colorful eyeliner is a must-have this summer. Actress Cynthia Samuel shows us how to master graphic colorful eyeliner look, and we are in love! The gorgeous Lebanese actress posted a photo on her Instagram account, wearing a blue & green eyes by famous makeup artist Bassam Fattouh, with the caption “Playing with colors”.
