Buttered Lobster and Mayonnaise Rolls

500 g cooked and chopped lobster

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon chopped green onions

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Spice and salt if wished (Not mandatory)

4 pieces of sandwich bread

4 tablespoons of butter


How to prepare

In a large bowl, mix celery, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, all spice and salt.

In a large pot over a stove, melt the butter, then add the lobsters and stir for 2 minutes.

Add lobsters to the mayonnaise mixture and stir well.

Toast the bread in butter over a fire until golden, and then stuff it with a mixture of lobster and serve with chips.
