Chicken Parmesan recipe refreshing for the summer

6 chicken breast

1 cup of milk

1 and a half cups of Breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slices of mozzarella cheese

1 avocado, cut into cubes

1/2 cup of corn

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar


How to prepare

Mix the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. set aside.

Dip the chicken in milk, then in the bread mixture, and place in a tray on a baking sheet.

Place the chicken in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Put the mozzarella slices on the chicken, then put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, combine avocado, corn, tomato, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour the mixture over the chicken and serve.
