The first important benefit of yoga is relaxing the body and softening its muscles. Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed during lockdown? No worries! Try these yoga poses to feel better.

Stretching
First you must relax the muscles. Kneel on your knees and make sure to keep your head and chest in line. Now Raise your arms up in the air, then take 3 to 5 breaths.

The child's posture
This yoga posture softens the back, neck and shoulder muscles. Again on your knees, put your buttocks on your heels and lower your body. Lower your head to the ground, then extend your arms forward as far as possible.

The Savasana
Lie down in a quiet place, cover your eyes, and place a pillow under your head. Keep your arms next to your body, do not cross your legs and stay focused on your breathing.

The Viparita Karani
This yoga position will relieve legs pain. Lie on your back, keep your arms well aligned against your body. Raise your legs up in the air, and keep your eyes closed while holding the position for 5 minutes.

Makarasana
Instead of lying on your back, lie on your stomach with your arms crossed. Now Put your head on your arms. This yoga position relaxes your lower back.

Uttanasana
This yoga posture moves your hamstrings and relieve your spine. To do it perfectly, stand on your feet, tilt your pelvis and your head, then place your hands behind your feet to improve blood circulation.
